RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from SportsApparel4u.com. If within 30 days of receiving your merchandise, you are not satisfied, return it for a 100% refund of the product's purchase price, less a 3.5% processing fee. Unfortunately, manufacturers may charge a re-stocking fee. We will let you know via email when we receive the return authorization number.
Decorated, customized, discontinued, clearance or closeout merchandise are non-refundable.
NOTE: All returns shipped back to Pennant or Augusta Sportswear will be charged an 10% re-stocking fee.
RETURNS ONLY: Click here to fill out our Return Authorization Request Form. You will be emailed a Return Authorization Number (RA) along with instructions on where to return the item/s. A 20% handling/administration fee will be issued if the item/s is shipped without an RA number or to the wrong return address. Allow 2-3 business days for an RA to be provided.
All returns must be in resalable condition. No credit or exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by the customer.
Once your return is processed, we will refund your monies and sent an email indicating the refund has been issued. Refunds normally take 2-4 business days to appear on your credit card statement, immediately if you paid via PayPal.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error, whereby the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded.
EXCHANGES: If you like the product but purchased the wrong size, exchange it within 30 days of the receipt of product, no exceptions. To exchange, follow the return instructions above. Then, go online and place a new order for the product and size you need. During checkout, in the NOTE section, type "Exchange Order". Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will refund you the cost of the returned item/s along with the cost to ship the exchange product (within the 48 Contiguous states only) less a 3.5% processing fee.
