SAMPLE PROGRAM
Do you need a sample to look at? Want to make sure you are ordering the right sizes for your team or organization. Take the worry out of it. Simply order one of each size of the item or items in question. Once everyone has tried on the clothing and you have the sizes needed, come back and place the rest of your order (minimum 10 pieces). We will manually credit the new order for the cost you incurred to ship the samples. In essence, you have paid no additional charges to get the right merchandise with the right sizes.
If the samples are not what you expected, return them within 30-days and receive a full refund, less shipping cost. Sample merchandise adheres to our standard Return Policy, except there are no restocking fees. Worse case scenario, you are out the shipping cost but have the piece of mind the right decision was made.
To order samples, simply select the item/s you are interested in (limited 1 per size) and add them to your Shopping Cart. Once all the items have been added, proceed to the Checkout page and type "Sample Order" in the "Note Section". Complete the order.
When ordering the larger order, type "follow up to sample order" in the "Note Section".
Sample orders are not available on clearance, sale nor closeout merchandise.
Sample orders are available for items from one manufacturer only. A separate order would need to be placed if you would like samples from a second manufacturer. For example, a sample order can contain any item or items from Holloway Sportswear. But, not from Holloway and Teamwork. This is due to each manufacturer's product is shipped from separate warehouses.

- If you order samples from two(2) or more different manufacturers and would like to return any, you are responsible for the separate shipping cost back to each manufacturer's facility.
- Pennant Sportswear does not accept returns if the package has been opened. As a result, we do not offer samples on any merchandise from Pennant Sportswear.
- ProSphere Sample Packs: The re-stocking fee is waived when a follow-up order is placed. A restocking fee is accessed if the sample is returned without an order being placed.
