SAMPLE PROGRAM
Do you need a sample to look at? Want to make sure you are ordering the right sizes for your team or organization. Take the worry out of it. Simply order one of each size of the item or items in question. Once everyone has tried on the clothing and you have the sizes needed, come back and place the rest of your order (minimum $85). We will process the new order and apply the discount to the sample pieces along with providing the difference in shipping cost between shipping one order versus two.
If the samples are not what you expected, return them within 30-days and receive a full refund, less shipping cost. Sample merchandise adheres to our standard Return Policy, except there is no restocking fees. Worse case scenario, you are out the shipping cost but have the piece of mind the right decision was made.
To order samples, simply select the item/s you are interested in (limited 1 per size) and add them to your Shopping Cart. Once all the items have been added, proceed to the Checkout page and type "Sample Order" in the "Note Section". Complete the order.
When ordering the larger order, type "follow up to sample order" in the "Note Section".
Sample orders are not available on clearance, sale nor closeout merchandise.
Sample orders are available for items from a single manufacturer only. A separate order would need to be placed if you would like samples from a second manufacturer. For example, a sample order can contain any item or items from Holloway Sportswear. But, not from Holloway and Teamwork. This is due to each manufacturer's product is shipped from separate warehouses.

- Pennant Sportswear does not accept returns if the package has been opened. As a result, we do not offer samples on any merchandise from Pennant Sportswear.
